Who controls your data
EgyptFreshExport is the controller for enquiries submitted through this website. You can contact us using the business email or postal address shown on this site.
What we collect
When you request a quote, we collect your company and contact details, country, product interests, and the message you provide. Cloudflare also processes your IP address and a security token to prevent abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, discuss supply, and protect the form from abuse. The legal bases are steps requested before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in secure business communication.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Brevo delivers the enquiry email, and Telegram may deliver an internal notification. These providers may process data outside your country under their contractual and legal safeguards. We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We normally keep enquiry records for up to 24 months. If an enquiry becomes a transaction, we may keep relevant records longer where tax, accounting, contract, or legal obligations require it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and you may complain to your data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise a right.
Cookies and updates

Delivery copies are stored securely by Cloudflare. Copies for fully delivered enquiries are removed after 90 days. Unresolved deliveries are retained for investigation and reviewed for deletion under the retention policy above.
