Sweet potatoes

Egyptian Baladi sweet potatoes graded First Class A. Two flesh-colour options: white and red/orange. We cure tubers before packing for shelf life and meet (or exceed) EU class 1 specifications. Tuber size 300 to 600 g, the retail sweet spot. Reefer 13 to 15 °C, never below 12 °C, that is where chilling injury starts. Cartons for air, mesh bags for sea volume into EU retail and wholesale.
